A couple of months ago I was fortunate to come acrossUpstar Ice Cream, thanks to my love for healthy living (and obviously ice cream!) We quickly became friends over social media. So when the owner of Upstar came to me for an Urban photo session I almost lost it! I love supporting local, and I love supporting brands I believe in 💗
Gabby (co-owner of Upstar) wanted an urban session in the popular Pearl District neighborhood of Portland. Which was perfect because I really enjoy this neighborhood and the businesses there. Check out the details of our session below!
Our Urban Session
<<<<<<<< d on meeting up in "the Pearl" at Black Rock for the first part of our session. I absolutely LOVE this location. You can’t see in these photos but the back side of the shop looks like a library. It was packed that morning so we made due with the space available. So grateful to the staff and manager for letting us use the space!
<<<<<<<< , this ice cream is so good. Give me all the protein ice cream! <<<<<<<< natural light from the giant garage windows. <<<<<<<< r too cold for ice cream! After Black Rock, we ventured down the street toBarista PDX, located in a beautiful brick building. Swoon! I love me a brick building.
<<<<<<<< d the street would be a nice place for a photo! Don't worry we made sure there was NO traffic and didn't bother others on the road 😎 Love that hair flip! But really, how beautiful is this brick..
I need to do another session down here asap. I am so in love with these shops, and cafe’s and restaurants. So gorgeous!
We all seemed to have a fun time just sort of goofing around, and keeping things laid back and low key (just how I like it!) and I’m looking forward to working with Upstar ice cream in the future! Remember to shop and support local, our small businesses depend on you ✌🏼

Great photos but it does look a bit cold for ice cream! Thanks for sharing with us at #BloggersPitStop and have a great weekend.
